Akua’s journey began when traditional interventions failed her teenage son after he was groomed into drug dealing in London. Through psychedelics and African spiritual practices, She found healing where conventional approaches couldn’t reach. Today, she bridges ancestral wisdom with contemporary healing—creating pathways to transformation for others.

Akua comes from a long line of healers going back at least 500 years. Her grandfather Nana Adjapong was one of the priests who served the Asante Nation during the reign of King Prempeh I before the King was exiled by the British to the Seychells. Nana Adjapong went on to serve during the Yaa Asantewaa war with the British in 1900. Akua is also the niece of Christian healer: the late Maame Defou Rose Fosu, founder of Church of Grace International in Ghana, UK, USA & India.
